Role Description The Senior Software Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The person in this role will design, develop, test, and maintain back-end web applications and services that support A Business Studio’s internal platforms and client solutions. Typical responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, reviewing code from other developers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing system performance and security. The Senior Software Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with version control systems, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Prior experience in a senior or lead developer role, including mentoring and code review responsibilities.
