Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Chennai. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications, ensuring responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust server-side functionality. Day-to-day work includes writing clean, efficient code, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting and debugging issues across the stack. The role involves collaborating with designers, product teams, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions, performing code reviews, and staying current with emerging web technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including Front-End Development and Web Design, with experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, using server-side languages, databases, and APIs to build secure, scalable applications.
• Solid Web Development fundamentals, covering application architecture, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to analyze requirements, solve complex problems, and write maintainable, well-documented code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Chennai.
• Experience with modern frameworks (such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar) and knowledge of security best practices is an advantage.
