Job Description

• As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle.
• This role requires active involvement in high-impact activities that influence the overall IT function, ensuring that strategic objectives are met.
• The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to drive effective solutions and supports the organization in navigating complex technological challenges with a focus on delivering value and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to align technology strategies with business goals to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective system configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to financial modules in SAP environments.
• Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
