Technology Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BFSI Technology Project Manager with 10+ Years of experience to lead banking technology, digital transformation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and banking application initiatives for a leading bank in Bahrain. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, vendor governance, and successful implementation of strategic technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple banking technology projects.
• Lead digital transformation, banking application implementation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Coordinate infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and system integration initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, business teams, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Oversee UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live, and production transition.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide project status updates and reports to senior management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in Banking/BFSI.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide technology and digitization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of banking applications and technology implementations.
• Exposure to infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with retail banking, corporate banking, treasury, or payments.
• Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and vendor governance skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
