Product Analyst

HelloSIA
Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

About The Role

As a Product Analyst at HelloSIA, you'll work closely with the founding team to keep the data behind our AI-native products accurate, organized, and always up to date. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll own the operational backbone of the product, helping ensure that every form, field, and workflow users rely on works exactly the way it should. You'll be involved in everything from managing the forms and fields that power Form Filler to auditing data for errors, documenting processes, creating AI workflows for personal finance, and testing new releases before they ship. One day you may be adding and mapping a new form; the next, you may be cleaning up outdated entries, tracking down why a field keeps failing, or pulling usage data to figure out which forms users need most. You'll collaborate with product, design, and engineering to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll play an active role in quality assurance, spotting patterns in user friction, and turning what you find into clear recommendations for the team. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and excited about startups, AI, and building products people genuinely use. If you take pride in getting the small things right, enjoy keeping systems clean and consistent, and like turning messy information into something structured and reliable, you'll thrive here.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in product operations, data operations, QA, or a similar role; internships or coursework in a related field a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a low tolerance for "close enough" when it comes to data accuracy
  • Eagerness to own recurring processes end to end, from setup and documentation through ongoing maintenance and improvement
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and structured data (Google Sheets or Excel), including filters, lookups, and basic formulas, or a willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot patterns, errors, and inconsistencies in data
  • Interest in QA and usability testing, and in tracking down why a field or workflow isn't working as expected
  • Strong writing skills, with interest in learning to write process docs, field definitions, and clear bug reports
  • Reliable, organized, and self-directed, with the discipline to keep recurring tasks on schedule
  • Curiosity about how data quality affects onboarding, retention, and user trust
  • Familiarity with AI tools
