What is the opportunity?

Workspace ONE is a digital workspace platform that simply and securely delivers and manages any app on any device by integrating access control, application management and multi-platform endpoint management. It is available as a cloud service or for on-premises deployment.

Our goal is to enable Workspace One-Unified End point Management platform to scale and manage billions of devices across various operating system platforms and device types by providing choice for customers who require sovereignty.

As part of Omnissa Sovereign Solution (OSS) Program team you will be responsible developing, launching and managing OSS initially in India then rolling out further in APJ. You will work closely selected Omnissa Sovereign Solution partners in region to drive customer impact and growth.

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

  • You will need to work closely with our Omnissa Sovereign Solution Service Provider in India to drive customer success in India and selected markets.
  • You will have to work collaboratively with existing Omnissa sales channel and OSS Partner to progress OSS named opportunities.
  • You will identify key growth segments for OSS in India & Selected APJ Markets.
  • You will work with existing OSS Partner to identify GTM strategy & ecosystem.
  • You will lead OSS partner engagements & onboarding of new Local Delivery Partners for selected markets.

What type of work will I be doing? What assignments or requirements* will I be performing on a regular basis? What are my deliverables?

  • Drive OSS customer adoption & revenue in India & Selected APJ markets
  • Partner Management - Identify & recruit new OSS partners for selected APJ markets
  • Develop & deliver OSS onboarding & partner program for APJ
  • Lead engagement & development of the OSS partner & Ecosystem
  • Aligns & collaborates with BU’s to make sure OSS partner program is fit for purpose, aligned channel priorities and capturing business/customer requirements for APJ
  • Program management for OSS in India & selected APJ markets.
  • Stakeholder management - Responsible for reporting to ELT, BU & senior APJ stakeholders for OSS partners
  • Champion the need for OSS partner model & eco-system across region in APJ
  • Responsible for OSS road map & business plan in APJ

What will you bring to Omnissa?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong experience in partner management within End User Compute 6 to 12 years experience.
  • Hands-on experience with EUC customer business development.
  • Solid working knowledge of India Market for End User Compute.
  • Familiarity with Sovereignty & related issues .
  • Experience of program & customer management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across matrix and cross functional teams.
  • An understanding of what it takes to deliver customer experience in regulated markets.
  • Experience of driving GTM programs across different market and country segments.

Nice to Have

  • Working technical knowledge of Omnissa Workspace One, Omnissa Portfolio or other MDM/UEM digital workplace solutions.
  • Exposure to working with regulated & highly secure customers.
  • Proposition Management expérience
