🔹 Key Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with OpenAI models, Hugging Face LLMs, and custom model development.
• Experience in model deployment, fine-tuning, optimization, and scaling AI solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, NLP, text summarization, and image processing.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of full-stack development (Python/MERN).
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS, cloud-based DevOps, Git, and Terraform.
• Experience developing, testing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions.

🔹 Experience & Education

• 5.5+ years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on Generative AI, NLP, and related technologies.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred qualifications: Full-time B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA.

🔹 Preferred Candidate Background

• Experience in consulting or product-based organizations.
• Proven experience delivering live GenAI projects and production-ready solutions.
• Strong client-facing experience, technical solutioning, and exposure to multiple clients.
• Demonstrated ownership, independent decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
