Role Description The Data Scientist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and integrating data from various sources, performing exploratory data analysis, and building statistical and machine learning models to solve practical problems. The Data Scientist will create clear data visualizations and reports to communicate findings, support decision-making, and document project workflows. Daily tasks include designing experiments, validating models, optimizing performance, and collaborating with academic or project stakeholders to define requirements and refine solutions. The role also includes staying current with data science tools, techniques, and best practices, and applying them to self-driven or academic research projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with the ability to apply statistical methods to real-world problems.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis for cleaning, transforming, and interpreting complex datasets.
• Experience with Data Visualization to present insights using charts, dashboards, and other visual tools.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or similar.
• Knowledge of database systems, SQL, and basic data engineering concepts is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document and communicate findings clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with academic projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate effectively, and manage full-time project workloads.
