Role Description

As a Tech Consultant Intern at Bitsparx, you will work on both the business and technical sides of client projects. On the technical side, you will build and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML, React, and Tailwind CSS, while debugging, testing, and documenting your code with senior developers. On the business side, you will join client discussions, analyze client needs, prepare basic technical proposals, and help follow up on leads, connecting technical solutions with business objectives. This is an on-site internship in Navi Mumbai, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will work closely with the development and business teams on live client projects and gain hands-on experience. Based on your performance, you may be offered a pre-placement offer (PPO).

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand requirements, solve problems, and interpret technical and business data.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, discuss technical concepts clearly, and engage with clients when needed.

• Candidates should possess foundational Full Stack Development skills, with working knowledge of HTML, React, and Tailwind CSS.

• Candidates should possess basic Sales and customer-centric thinking to understand client needs and contribute to solution-oriented discussions.-

Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, Monday to Saturday.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include curiosity to learn, attention to detail, ability to work in a team setting, and a portfolio or GitHub profile with personal projects.

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
