OVERVIEW APPLICATION Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate WordPress Developer to join our IT team! As a WordPress Developer at Rudra Innovative, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins.
We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content management systems.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing new features and functionality
- Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
- Designing and managing the website backend including database & server integration
- Write clean, well-designed WordPress/PHP code
- Follow WordPress coding standards and best practices Requirements
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Should have experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
- Expert level WooCommerce Integration & customization
- Build, maintain and optimize web pages with PHPs & WordPress and other CMSes
- Expert level CMS (Plugin / theme development / API) development – especially in WordPress.
- PHP programming background to implement core WP functions, template tags & hooks in the WP Theme and Plugin
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team produce detailed specifications
- Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments Sending regular updates on project status.
- Candidate must have experience in developing a project from scratch Qualification
