We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, drive product development, and build scalable B2B SaaS solutions, with a strong understanding of AI and its practical applications in modern software products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end product development, architecture, design, and delivery of scalable B2B SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Define engineering best practices, coding standards, system design principles, and development processes.
• Ensure product scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Leverage AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities to enhance product features, engineering productivity, and customer experience.
• Evaluate and integrate AI technologies, LLMs, APIs, and AI-powered tools into product workflows wherever relevant.
• Drive technical decision-making, code quality, delivery timelines, and continuous improvement.🔹 Required Skills & Experience
• 9–14 years of experience in software engineering, including engineering leadership or team management.
• Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products in a product-based environment.
• Excellent knowledge of system design, software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or AI-powered product development.
• Experience managing engineering teams and delivering high-quality products in an agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical decision-making with people management and product delivery.🔹 Good to Have
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into SaaS products.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and cloud-native architectures.
