Senior Datacom Software Engineer – L2/L3 Data Plane, ACL and Firewall

Job Location - Bangalore - Hybrid

We are hiring an experienced Datacom Software Engineer for a hands-on product development position with HPE.

Key requirements:

• 6–9 years of relevant software development experience
• Strong programming skills in C/C++
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems software
• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 packet forwarding and data-plane development
• Experience developing ACL, firewall, filtering or related packet-processing features
• Good debugging, testing, integration and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on networking products such as switches, routers or network operating systems
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skillsThis is a software development position. Network support, NOC, system administration and configuration-only profiles will not be considered.
