Associate Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end software development and implementation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers,
• DevOps, and Support teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business requirements into project deliverables.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Software Project Management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise software, ERP, CRM, WMS, Mobile
• Applications, and Web Application projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) development teams.
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL database architecture, optimization, and database - driven Application development
