Manager – Special Projects

We’re looking for a Manager – Special Projects to support high-impact transformation and strategic initiatives across Commercial.

What you’ll do:

• Drive strategic and transformation projects from planning through execution.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
• Develop business cases, project plans, KPIs and leadership updates.
• Track project performance, risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for operational and process improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive key priorities.
• Support PMO governance and CXO-level business reviews.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Strategy or a related field.
• 3+ years preferred in strategy, transformation, project management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Business and financial acumen, including financial modelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Aviation or a comparable industry background is preferred.
