Wigle only works if the people in a plan actually wanted the same thing. The match is the product: the same intention, the same day, the same part of the city. This role is how that match gets better. You will work on the judgement behind who shares a plan, and on whether that judgement is something we can stand behind.

What you will do

• Work on how Wigle chooses who belongs in the same plan.
• Decide what is fair to use in that choice, and what should stay out of it.
• Ship a change you can measure, then change it again when the groups are wrong.
• Explain the result in plain language to people who do not work on it.What you need
• You have trained, evaluated, or shipped a model, or you have built the system around one.
• You can show the work, and you can say what you would not do again.
• You can explain a result without hiding behind the method.
• You are based in Gurugram. The company

About Wigle

Wigle starts from a simple belief. Every city is already full of the right people for you. The difficult part is not another feed of everything happening nearby. It is meeting them in real life, and the best way to do that is to do something together first.

We are building the platform for those real-life social experiences, and we are launching in Gurugram. A plan, a time, a small group, the same part of the city. The people come with the plan.

This is a founding-team-adjacent role. You will work directly with the people building the company, on the work itself, not inside a department that sits apart from the product.
