Founded by a lifelong natural fitness enthusiast who follows a predominantly vegetarian lifestyle, the company challenges common myths about strength and muscle-building without steroids or animal-heavy diets.
GRYT is preparing to launch its first line of premium, lab-tested supplements, starting with high-quality whey protein and expanding into daily wellness support products. All supplements are developed with certified partners to ensure safety, purity, and measurable results.
The mission is to become India’s most trusted health and fitness brand for natural, vegetarian-friendly supplements and honest wellness solutions.
Role Description The Co-Founder will play a core leadership role in shaping GRYT Health Labs’ strategy, brand, and operations as the company scales.
This full-time, hybrid role is based in Patna, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities depending on business needs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing growth strategies, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and supporting product development and launch plans for supplements.
The Co-Founder will build and manage key partnerships, supervise market research, and contribute to financial planning and resource allocation.
The role also involves hiring and mentoring team members, representing the brand in external forums, and ensuring alignment with GRYT’s mission of clean, natural, and science-backed wellness.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and research capabilities to evaluate market opportunities, customer insights, and product performance.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder management, and external brand representation.
- Proven experience in sales, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Marketing expertise, ideally in consumer health, wellness, or FMCG, including
- digital and performance marketing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with prior startup or founding experience preferred.
- Understanding of the health, fitness, or nutraceutical space; passion for natural and ethical wellness solutions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Patna, managing both on-site and remote collaboration.
- Relevant degree in business, marketing, nutrition, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
