Data Science + Cortex / Agentic AI
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / AI Engineer with expertise in Data Science, Cortex, and/or Agentic AI to develop intelligent applications, AI-powered workflows, and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience with machine learning, large language models (LLMs), generative AI, AI agents, and enterprise data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-based solutions for business use cases.
Build AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.
Work with Snowflake Cortex services, Cortex AI functions, Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, and related capabilities, where applicable.
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise data sources and vector search.
Develop data pipelines and prepare structured and unstructured data for AI/ML applications.
Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external tools.
Evaluate model performance, accuracy, latency, cost, and responsible AI considerations.
Implement prompt engineering, context management, guardrails, and output validation.
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications in production.
Required Skills
Strong programming experience in Python.
Hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI.
Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and transformer-based models.
Experience developing AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
Understanding of RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and document processing.
Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
Strong understanding of data processing, model evaluation, and AI application deployment.
