Full Stack Engineer (Front End Focused)

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Java microservices on private cloud infrastructure
• Build responsive, accessible front-end experiences using React
• Implement and evolve event-driven solutions leveraging Kafka
• Integrate with internal platforms and external vendor systems and APIs
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and robust CI/CD practices
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability, performance, and observability
• Partner with product, operations, and trading stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Contribute to architecture decisions, documentation, and best practices in an agile environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10+ years of recent experience as a full stack developer
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; RESTful API design
• Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms
• Strong React skills and familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern front-end tooling
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing (e.g., JUnit, Jest)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
