Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within SharePoint Online environments.
• Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to create scalable and maintainable software.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing SharePoint Online applications for performance and reliability.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
