Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at netRMM, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power our AI-driven remote monitoring platform. You will work on both front-end and back-end components, implement scalable APIs, integrate data sources, and ensure secure, reliable performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, collaborating with product and QA teams, and contributing to architecture and technical decisions. You will also help optimize user experience, improve system reliability, and support continuous deployment processes. This is a full-time, remote role that requires effective communication, self-management, and collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development (Python) and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including work with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web security, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with AI-driven or monitoring/management platforms is a plus.
