Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic Director of Product Analytics to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• High-level proficiency with Git, Jira, AWS/Azure, and relevant tech stacks.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
