Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong frontend foundation, basic backend and database knowledge, and an interest in AI-assisted development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Build internal admin panels and CMS screens for content and workflow management.
• Integrate REST APIs with JWT-based authentication and error handling.
• Write and optimize SQL queries using PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to mobile app development using React Native and backend development using C# / ASP.NET Core.
• Debug application issues, identify root causes, and improve existing code quality.
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or ChatGPT to accelerate development while reviewing and testing generated code.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Working knowledge of Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JWT authentication, and backend integration.
• Basic SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Postman, Chrome DevTools, and command-line tools.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and DBMS.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools with the ability to validate their output.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TypeScript, React Native, or Expo.
• Exposure to C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, and application deployment.
• Familiarity with MCP, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
• Interest in financial services or capital markets.
