Role Description The Salesforce Technical Lead is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Delhi Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and remote work. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating functional needs into technical specifications, configuring and customizing Salesforce, guiding integration efforts, and overseeing data management activities. The Salesforce Technical Lead will mentor technical team members, review code and configurations, and maintain high standards of quality, security, and performance. The role also requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, participation in project planning, and proactive identification of opportunities to improve existing Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce platform expertise, including hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and management of standard and custom objects.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, integration frameworks).
• Experience leading technical teams, providing guidance, performing code reviews, and establishing development best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including system design, data modeling, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and performance optimization.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect) are highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in hybrid environments and comfort balancing on-site collaboration in the Greater Delhi Area with remote work responsibilities.
