Role Description The Product Development Specialist will work on-site in coimbatore in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, development, and enhancement of aluminium window and door systems. This role involves conducting market and product research, analyzing customer needs, and translating insights into product specifications and improvements. The specialist will collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to manage product lifecycles, ensure product quality, and align features with industry standards and sustainability goals. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, monitoring product performance, coordinating testing and validation activities, and supporting cross-functional project execution to bring new products to market efficiently.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven product decisions.
• Candidates should possess solid Research and Development (R&D) experience to support product innovation, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Candidates should possess effective Product Management skills to coordinate lifecycles, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Engineering, Product Design, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience in building materials, fenestration, or construction-related products is beneficial.
• Familiarity with sustainability standards, energy efficiency regulations, or green building certifications is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and use basic productivity and collaboration tools.
