We’re Hiring: Principal Software Engineer — Node.js / TypeScript
We’re looking for a hands-on Principal Software Engineer to take technical ownership of a mature production platform and help modernize and scale it for our next stage of growth.
You’ll shape architecture, work deeply in the codebase, and lead improvements that keep production stable while moving the platform forward.
📍 Location: Noida
💼 Experience: 10+ years
🏢 Work mode: Work from office initially, with a hybrid option after 6 months
⏳ Joining: Immediate or early joiners preferred
What you’ll bring
- Deep hands-on expertise in Node.js, TypeScript and JavaScript
- Strong experience with Redis, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Experience building and scaling real-time systems using WebSockets / Socket.IO
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency and high-traffic architectures
- Experience designing, reviewing and improving system architecture
- Expertise in automated testing, performance profiling and production debugging
- Ability to navigate large existing codebases, identify technical debt and lead safe refactoring, modernization and version migrations
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and engineering automation
- Practical experience using AI to accelerate development, testing, debugging, documentation, code reviews and migrations
- Strong ownership, problem-solving and technical leadership skills
Domain experience is a major advantage
Experience with poker platforms, real-time multiplayer gaming, fintech, payments, trading systems, wallets or other high-concurrency transactional platforms would be especially valuable.
