Position Summary:

To help drive this next chapter, we're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Digital Services and Support engineering organization. This role builds Java-based microservices, NoSQL data solutions, and MuleSoft integrations that connect distributed systems supporting existing customer experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong backend and integration engineering expertise, hands-on NoSQL experience, and a passion for building reliable digital support services.

Job Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, test, and support Java-based microservices.
• Build and maintain data solutions using MongoDB and Apache Cassandra.
• Create API-led integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Troubleshoot distributed services and implement sustainable solutions.

Technology & Delivery:

• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve service performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in Agile planning, automated testing, CI/CD, and production support.

Engineering Excellence:

• Contribute to reusable microservice and integration standards.
• Document solutions and share knowledge across the team.
• Support modernization and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• 4-6 years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java-based microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Education:
