Senior Software Engineer

PanScience Innovations (PSI) is a technology-driven company building scalable AI-powered products and enterprise software solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer who can own projects end-to-end and build production-ready applications using modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own software projects from planning to deployment and maintenance.
• Build scalable backend services using Python and Node.js.
• Develop high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
• Design and optimize relational databases and queries.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), REST APIs, and cloud-native environments.
• Leverage Claude Code, Claude Computing, and Antigravity for AI-assisted development.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Python, Node.js, and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of DBMS, REST APIs, SDLC, Git, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Claude Code, Claude Computing, and Antigravity.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
• Ability to independently deliver production-grade applications.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based application development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
