Role Description The Senior Java Developer (Spring Boot) will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot in an on-site environment in Hyderabad. This full-time role includes building and optimizing microservices, integrating APIs, and ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable code. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, participate in architectural discussions, perform code reviews, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The role also involves writing unit and integration tests, contributing to best practices and standards, and mentoring junior developers on software design and development techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Software Development and Programming skills with a focus on backend systems
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework, including Spring Boot
- Practical knowledge of Microservices architecture and related design patterns
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with external services
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and build tools (e.g., Maven or Gradle)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and application performance tuning
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and mentor team members
