Product Builder (AI-Native PM) — Agents, Retention & Growth

CXVERSE is customer experience infrastructure for multi-location restaurant, retail and hospitality brands. It covers loyalty, CRM, branded apps, lifecycle messaging and AI agents.

The role

A product role for someone who builds and ships, not just specifies. You’ll own product areas end to end: find the problem, build the solution with AI coding tools, launch it and measure the impact.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship features to production using AI coding agents (Claude Code, or similar)
• Design and scale AI agents and agentic workflows for brands and their customers
• Own retention and lifecycle outcomes: segmentation, campaigns, loyalty, win-back
• Turn data and third-party integrations into product features
• Think like a marketer. Understand lifecycle marketing, CRM, performance ads and attribution well enough to build what marketers will actually use.
• Work directly with brand customers to understand their problems
• Support go-to-market through positioning, launches and customer-facing material

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping products people use (links required)
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents
• Strong understanding of consumer tech: retention, CRM, marketing and advertising
• Data fluency: SQL, analytics, A/B testing
• Strong product judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and move fast

Nice to have

• Experience in restaurant/retail tech, loyalty, martech, ad platforms or CRM platforms
• Startup or founder experience
• Familiarity with the US market
