Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Kottayam. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize academic and administrative data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The role involves analyzing student performance, enrollment trends, and operational metrics, and presenting insights to school leadership and staff using reports, dashboards, and visualizations. The Data Analyst will support data-driven decision-making by identifying patterns, forecasting outcomes, and recommending actions to improve educational programs and resource allocation. The individual will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and IT staff, maintain documentation of data processes, and ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting complex datasets and generating actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to support forecasting, trend analysis, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders and prepare concise reports and presentations.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with spreadsheet tools and data visualization software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and basic database querying (e.g., SQL).
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience working with educational data, student information systems, or institutional reporting, along with attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability, is an advantage.
