Associate Java Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Java Developer Fresher to join our development team. The candidate will work on developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining Java-based applications while learning industry best practices from experienced developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Understand and implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Work with Java, SQL, and databases such as MySQL.
• Assist in developing REST APIs and backend applications.
• Identify and fix bugs through testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with senior developers and team members.
• Learn and use frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Follow coding standards and software development practices.Required Skills

Technical skills

• Core Java: Classes, Objects, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation, and Abstraction.
• Collections Framework and Exception Handling.
• Basic knowledge of JDBC.
• SQL queries and database fundamentals.
• Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
• Knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs (advantage).
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub (preferred).Soft skills

• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Communication and teamwork.
• Ability to understand requirements and meet deadlines.Educational Qualifications
• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualification may be accepted depending on the employer.
• Freshers with academic projects or personal Java projects are encouraged to apply.
