OUR FOCUS AREAS

Our clients typically come from non-ERP or fragmented-system environments, where business processes may bemanaged through standalone applications or disconnected modular systems across departments.

Currently Acxiom implements multi technology ERP and business application projects for large MNC clients acrossmultiple countries. Such projects are based on the hub and spoke architecture where SAP / MS Dynamics isimplemented with multiple surround application like CRM portals and mobile apps built-in all Tier-1 technologystacks. Therefore, we are looking for Full Stack Developers who have designed and developed complex businessapplications on any of the prevalent programming languages like Dotnet platform, Java platform, Oracle stack, PHP,iOS and Android platforms.

Role, Scope &responsibilities

Programmers for Acxiom Works for systems to customize, integrate, and maintain complex enterprise softwareUnlike general software developers, they build business logic, automate workflows, and connect databases.

Specialize in back-office systems for any ERP like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and Operations). Theymay be utilised in WMS, Portal Development or Mobile app.

 Business Programmer who has written software for inventory, production, accounts, payroll kind of businessprocesses and has designed both database and front end, and also has exposure of optimizing the design forperformance and removing application bottlenecks

 Design, Develop, customize different ERPs/Systems for FMCG, Manufacturing, Jewellery, Retail etc domainson Microsoft technologies

 Customization: Writing code to alter out-of-the-box system features to fit unique Industry Processes

 Develop SSRS reports, customized modules, and integrations for diverse industries including Pharmaceutical,Law Firms, Automotive, Production, Retail, Jewellery etc.

 Data Migration: Building custom tools Enhance data migration efficiency through the creation of optimizeddata mapping and staging tables during integrations of Cloud based ERP with legacy systems.

 Deliver end-to-end integration projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation,and post-go-live support, reducing system downtime.

 Workflow Automation: Creating code-based triggers or low-code automations to eliminate repetitive manualdata entry where ever needed

 Monitor and optimize system performance post-implementation, resolving reported issues.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

 Target Background: Experience in developing Software applications for core business/Industry processesand having functional Knowledge in functions like supply chain, order-to-cash, sales, inventory, WarehouseManagement, Accounting, Taxation, Purchase, order management etc.

 Experience - The Programmer should ideally have 5-12 years of continuous work experience in a singleorganization which can be an in-house IT department of a manufacturing company or local businessapplication / ERP companies working for Indian clients. Required Skills and

Qualifications

Platform Languages: Any Full stack combinations. [ .Net (Microsoft) or C#, LINQ and JavaScript / Angular arethe most common]Database & Querying: Any Database or multiple data base for manipulating, querying, and optimizing largedatasets.

OUT OF SCOPE (WHO WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE)

 Someone is interested to grow only one environment like Java

 Pure database, Front-end Developers

 Only API Integration Guys.

 Website Development experience

 Have limited interest in client-facing consulting and working closely with business and technology teams.

 Are not comfortable with travel required for client engagements.

 Are not inclined towards continuous learning, knowledge sharing and mentoring within the organisation andacross client engagements

 We are not looking for programmers who have worked for foreign clients in large IT organizations. Workexposure of Indian clients is a must
