Role Overview

We are looking for experienced .NET Core and Azure developers to design, develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native backend services and APIs. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 10, Microservices, Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, databases, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in C#/.NET development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure in production environments.
  • Experience delivering at least one end-to-end project using .NET Core/.NET 6+.
  • Strong experience with microservices and cloud-native backend development.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+ and .NET 10.
  • ASP.NET Core Web API, Middleware, Minimal APIs, Dependency Injection, LINQ, and async/await.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, Generics, and Design Patterns.
  • Strong experience in Microservices architecture and development.
  • REST API design, versioning, pagination, error handling, and API security.
  • Entity Framework Core, Dapper, SQL Server/Azure SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Azure App Service, Azure Functions, AKS/Container Apps, and Docker.
  • Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Azure Cache for Redis.
  • Azure Service Bus and event-driven architecture.
  • Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, Managed Identity, RBAC, and Key Vault.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with YAML-based CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, release management, and automated deployments.
  • Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
  • Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics/KQL, and Serilog.
  • Unit/integration testing using xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Moq, or NSubstitute.
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and practical understanding of domain modeling.
  • Microservices, Clean/Onion Architecture, CQRS/MediatR, and API Management.
  • Agile/Scrum experience with code reviews and pull requests.
  • Good understanding of cloud-native application development and production troubleshooting.

Nice to Have

  • Angular, React, Blazor, TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Azure API Management, Front Door, Application Gateway, Logic Apps.
  • Azure Data Factory, Synapse.
  • Azure OpenAI/Azure AI.
  • gRPC, SignalR, GraphQL.
  • PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Kubernetes, Helm, and kubectl.
  • Performance/load testing using k6 or JMeter.
  • .NET Framework to .NET Core/.NET 8+ migration experience.
  • Multi-tenant SaaS experience.
  • Azure certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-400, or DP-900.
  • Writing technical blogs and sharing technical knowledge.
  • Participating in or presenting at technical meetups and knowledge-sharing sessions.
