About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 3-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The role will focus on building robust APIs, developing backend services, integrating databases, and ensuring application performance and reliability. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, Django/FastAPI, RESTful APIs, and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python-based applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Work on backend development, application integration, and database management.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver software solutions.
• Develop and optimize database queries to ensure efficient application performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs, external services, and internal systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and application enhancements.
• Work with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning and team discussions.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Python development and backend application development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Good knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools.
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or Unittest.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and application performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
