Founder's Office Associate
India sold over ₹6 lakh crore of new homes last year in its top seven cities alone, and most of it still runs on tools that were never built for it. Buyers can't see the full market. Builders run sales on spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads. We're rebuilding how new homes are found, sold and bought, and I'm looking for someone to work beside me on it.
What we're building
- property.new: the marketplace where a buyer sees every new project in a city, checked, current and honest, and reaches the builder in one tap. No paid rankings, no sold leads, no noise.
- The Cladbe OS: the operating system a builder runs the whole business on. Every enquiry, site visit, booking, payment and handover in one place, replacing the patchwork most developers in India still use.Together they form one closed loop, from the moment a buyer starts searching to the day the keys are handed over. That's the loop we're building.
Why this seat matters
We're moving on many fronts at once: new cities, new product, new teams. This seat makes sure every decision is sharper, and that every one of them actually lands. You'll work directly with me across product, launches and every team at Cladbe, on whatever matters most that week.
What you'll do
- Take a city from zero to live on property.new, and own the plan from the first step to the last
- Find out why something is slipping before anyone tells you, and fix it
- Turn the hardest calls into one page: the options, the numbers, your pick
- Run the weekly review across product, engineering and growth, and close every loop it opens
- Be in the room for the big calls on pricing, product and expansion, and prepare them
You'll fit if you
- Spot the number that doesn't add up, and have the sheet open before anyone asks
- Turn a 40-minute discussion into five lines, each with an owner and a date
- Say "I think you're wrong, here's why," and bring the data
- Get people moving who don't report to you
- Keep what you see to yourself
The honest part
This is building, not advising. Most of the job is chasing, checking and closing loops. Decisions have deadlines. You'll sometimes be wrong in front of me, which is fine; hiding it isn't.
What you'll walk away with
In a year you'll know how a marketplace and a software company launch city by city, how India's builders really sell homes, and how a founder makes calls. It's the kind of seat most people wait years for.
