Senior FullStack AI Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack AI-First Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot, to accelerate software development, improve code quality, and streamline engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Development: Use AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot to support code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and technical problem-solving.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop effective prompts, reusable prompt patterns, and AI-driven workflows to improve development productivity and code quality.
• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and C# for backend development, along with Angular or React for frontend development.
• API and Microservices Development: Build, integrate, and maintain secure RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Architecture and Code Quality: Follow clean architecture principles, coding standards, and software engineering best practices to develop reusable, testable, and maintainable solutions.
• Cloud and DevOps: Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Database Management: Design data models, optimize queries, and work with relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Application Security: Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Apply unit testing and TDD/BDD practices using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest. Leverage AI tools to improve test coverage and identify potential issues.
• Collaboration and Delivery: Work closely with clients, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver high-quality applications on time.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging AI development practices and tools to improve engineering efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong expertise in .NET Core and C#.
• Proven experience in full-stack application development using Angular or React.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI-augmented development, rapid prototyping, and iterative development workflows.
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native or SaaS-based application architectures.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, and secure application development.
• Experience with unit testing and TDD/BDD using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns, and maintainable software architecture.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage priorities, take ownership of deliverables, and consistently produce high-quality results.
