Electricity Sector- Transmission & Distribution

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic pursuits, proposals, client workshops, and solutioning activities for Energy & Utilities opportunities.
• Develop reusable industry assets, solution blueprints, reference architectures, and accelerators.
• Contribute to the development of industry offerings in areas such as Integrated Power, Grid Modernization, Asset Management, Intelligent Operations, and AI-enabled transformation.
• Collaborate with technology partners to build joint solutions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for DERMS platforms and DER orchestration capabilities including solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), electric vehicles (EVs), demand response, microgrids, and virtual power plants.
• Lead DERMS platform assessments, capability maturity reviews, fit-gap analysis, vendor evaluations, solution optioning, and technology selection for utilities.
• Monitor industry trends and translate emerging client challenges into market-relevant solutions.
• Create thought leadership content, client presentations, case studies, and market-facing collateral.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Energy & Utilities industry discussions with account teams and clients.
• Support the industrialization of successful client solutions into repeatable offerings that can be scaled globally.

Experience & Skills

• 12-17 years of experience within Energy & Utilities, consulting, engineering, digital transformation, or technology services.
• Good understanding of utility business domains such as generation, transmission, distribution, renewables, asset management, operations, or customer services.
• Experience participating in large transformation programs, solution architecture, consulting engagements, or strategic pursuits.
• Knowledge of utility technologies such as SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, OMS, GIS, Asset Management, Data Platforms, Cloud, and AI is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across global teams and collaborate with account, sales, industry, and partner organizations.
