Role Description We’re looking for sharp, curious, and data-driven Business & Market Analysts to join our growing team. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, data, and business insight - helping us understand markets, identify opportunities, and drive informed decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
• Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic initiatives
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and present findings to senior stakeholders
• Track KPIs and business performance metrics, flagging risks and recommending course corrections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, finance, operations) to support data-driven decision-making
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadershipQualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, market research, consulting, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can translate complex data into clear narratives
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is a plusNice to Have

• Exposure to primary research methods (surveys, interviews, focus groups)
