Product/ Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage technology integrations with key partners and brokers, ensuring seamless connectivity and strong partnership experiences.
• Analyze data funnels and customer journeys to identify opportunities for process improvement and higher conversion.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Business, Underwriting, and Product teams to unblock challenges and accelerate project delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders for integration-related initiatives.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the design and implementation of scalable partnership capabilities, APIs, and digital workflows.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Partner Integrations, Digital Partnerships, Business Analysis, Product Implementation, or Program Management.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and digital platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience in Insurance, FinTech, Banking, or Digital ecosystems is preferred.
