🚀 Hiring: Solutions Architect – HPC & Container Platform

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect with strong expertise in HPC, Linux, Kubernetes, and enterprise container platforms to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, and integrate enterprise-grade HPC and container platforms.
• Develop HPC and container platform roadmaps, strategies, scalability, and growth plans.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses, POCs, technical assessments, and solution engagements.
• Work closely with system administrators, developers, data scientists, and project managers.
• Drive complex projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and architecture/design through implementation and operations.
• Identify technical challenges, risks, dependencies, and scalability considerations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and communicate complex technical concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical forums, innovation initiatives, and best practices.

🔹 Required Technical Skills

• Strong Linux System Administration – RHEL / SLES / Ubuntu / Debian.
• Strong experience with HPC technologies and workload schedulers:
• Slurm
• Altair PBS Pro
• HPCM / Bright Cluster Manager
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Singularity, and/or Podman.
• Strong experience with at least two container orchestration platforms:
• Kubernetes
• Red Hat OpenShift
• SUSE Rancher / RKE / K3S
• Canonical Charmed Kubernetes
• HPE Ezmeral Runtime
• Knowledge of OpenStack, KVM, and OpenShift Virtualization.
• Good understanding of GPU technologies, including NVIDIA GPU Operator and NVIDIA vGPU.
• Experience with HPC networking, InfiniBand, and Mellanox.
• Experience in HPC performance optimization and health assessment across OS, compute, storage, servers, parallel file systems, schedulers, and container platforms.
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python and/or Bash.
• Good understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, routing, load balancing, NFS, SMB/CIFS, S3, and FTP.
• Familiarity with microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and customer-facing communication skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications such as:
• RHCSA / RHCE
• CKA / CKAD / CKS
• Red Hat Container/Kubernetes certifications
• Proven experience delivering complex HPC and container platform projects.
• Strong understanding of vendor technologies and product roadmaps.
