Back-end Data Engineer

PinPoin is building a multi-horizon weather intelligence platform that combines AI with numerical weather prediction.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain the APIs that serve our forecast data to clients
• Develop pipelines that ingest and process weather model output
• Design databases and services that scale with growing data volumes
• Work with the AI and NWP teams to put new models into production

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of back-end development experience
• Strong Python (FastAPI or Flask); Go is a plus
• PostgreSQL / PostGIS, Docker, and AWS or GCP
• Experience handling large datasets with high volumes, variety & refresh rate
• Good to have: NetCDF or GRIB data, xarray

Location: Delhi NCR (on-site)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
