About Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and modern software development practices, with the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend, database, and cloud environments.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React.js.
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and frontend applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and engineering teams to define and implement technical solutions.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, application defects, and production issues.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce software engineering standards and best practices.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution planning sessions.
  • Implement unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Support cloud-native application development and distributed system architectures.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD automation, deployments, and release management.
  • Contribute to AI-enabled applications and integrations involving tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and modern LLM-based solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, application designs, and knowledge repositories.
  • Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 6-10 years of experience in enterprise software development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Java 8/11/17, and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data, and Hibernate.
  • Extensive experience developing RESTful APIs and enterprise backend services.
  • Strong expertise in React.js with 4-5 years of hands-on development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development practices.
  • Experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.
  • Strong SQL development and database optimization skills.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with application design patterns and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Exposure to AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI-assisted engineering platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to emerging technologies and business requirements.
