🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AEM + React.js Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AEM, Java, React.js, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), and L3 production support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Own L3 resolution of complex AEM and React.js production issues escalated from L2.
Perform RCA and drive permanent fixes through problem management.
Diagnose performance, caching, replication, and integration issues across AEM, Dispatcher, CDN, and APIs.
Deliver enhancements and fixes following enterprise engineering standards.
Validate AEMaaCS release updates and troubleshoot Adobe Cloud Manager pipelines and deployments.
Proactively monitor application health and reduce recurring incidents and alert noise.
Identify stability, security, and performance improvements and reduce technical debt.
Review code and guide L2 engineers on troubleshooting and fixes.
Support multiple applications and release cycles while meeting SLA commitments.

✅ Dispatcher, CDN, security & performance optimization

✅ Monitoring & Observability – New Relic / Dynatrace / Splunk / Cloud Manager logs

✅ RCA & Problem Management

✅ ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management

✅ ServiceNow / Jira Service Management
