Role Description As a Founder's Associate with an engineering background, you will work closely with the founding team to support product development, operations, and strategic initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, you may analyze data, build simple tools or dashboards, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help structure processes that improve efficiency and impact. You will contribute to research on climate technologies and markets, prepare presentations and reports, and assist with setting up and monitoring key performance metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring a high level of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to handle both technical and business tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong engineering foundation with 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in product, operations, data, or tech-enabled environments.
  • Ability to analyze data, work with spreadsheets or basic scripting, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Comfort working across functions (product, operations, business) and supporting founders with both strategic and hands-on tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise presentations and documentation.
  • Demonstrated interest in climate, sustainability, or impact-focused work; prior exposure to climate-tech or related fields is a plus.
  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate closely with the founding team.
