Role Description The Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Lucknow Area at Government Polytechnic Rajghar Mirzapur. The Analyst will collect, organize, and interpret academic, administrative, and operational data to support institutional decision-making and planning. Daily tasks may include preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations; analyzing student performance, resource utilization, and program outcomes; and identifying trends and areas for improvement. The role involves collaborating with faculty, administrative staff, and leadership to provide evidence-based insights, maintain accurate records, and support accreditation or regulatory documentation. The Analyst will also help streamline processes, recommend data-driven solutions, and assist with the implementation and monitoring of institutional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and basic data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with statistical tools is an advantage).
• Ability to prepare clear reports, charts, and visual summaries for academic and administrative stakeholders.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating across departments.
• Comfort working with educational or institutional data; prior experience in academia or public sector institutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Commitment to ethical data handling, confidentiality, and adherence to institutional and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Lucknow Area and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive academic environment.
