Touras is looking for a Product & UX Manager to drive end-to-end product development and user experience across our fintech and payment solutions.

Role Description The Product and UX Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai/Thane. This role involves defining product vision and strategy, translating business objectives into clear product roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on user needs and impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading user research and discovery, creating and validating hypotheses, collaborating with designers and engineers on UX flows and interfaces, and ensuring a cohesive end-to-end experience. The person in this role will run workshops, gather stakeholder requirements, write product specifications, and track key metrics to measure product performance and user satisfaction. The Product and UX Manager will also coordinate cross-functional communication, manage timelines, and continuously iterate on product and UX solutions based on feedback and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product development from ideation and requirement gathering to execution and launch.
• Prepare PRDs, BRDs, user stories, API documentation, and product workflows.
• Design intuitive UI/UX, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, compliance, and operations teams to deliver scalable products.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and execution using JIRA.
• Leverage AI tools to improve product design, documentation, and development efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into user-friendly product experiences and technical specifications.Requirements
• Experience in Product Management, Product Development, and UI/UX Design.
• Hands-on expertise in Figma, JIRA, PRDs, BRDs, and API documentation.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and technology-driven product development.
• Knowledge of Fintech, Payment Gateways, Cross-Border Payments, or Global Banking is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-driven product capabilities.
