Role Description The Java Fullstack Developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for CrackWithBuddy’s interview preparation platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing backend services and APIs in Java, building intuitive frontend interfaces, integrating with AI and realtime communication components, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security across the stack. The role involves collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, reviewing code, writing tests, and participating in agile ceremonies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, with hands-on work in a collaborative engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including Java-based APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development using modern JavaScript frameworks Like React and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Experience in Full-Stack Development, delivering features across frontend and backend layers.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, RESTful services, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with build tools, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on product quality and user experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in SaaS or AI-driven platforms is a plus.
