Position: Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – AI & Data Science

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 8–14 years, depending on educational qualification and relevant experience

Domain: Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Generative AI, Enterprise Engineering

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL.

Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least one production AI, ML, software, data, or intelligent automation solution.

Strong understanding of enterprise solution architecture, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and system integrations.

Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture, delivery plans, acceptance criteria, and production-ready solutions.

Advanced expertise in at least one of the following areas:

Applied AI/ML engineering.

Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.

Full-stack and enterprise integration engineering.

AI platforms, MLOps, or LLMOps.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and managing delivery risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs.

Understanding of software quality, testing, security, monitoring, deployment, and production support.

Good-to-Have Skills

Advanced RAG techniques, including hybrid search, reranking, graph retrieval, knowledge graphs, and source verification.

Agentic AI workflows, tool calling, MCP-style integrations, policy enforcement, and adversarial testing.

Cloud platforms such as AWS, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, or equivalent cloud AI services.

Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Kubernetes, serverless architecture, and event-driven systems.

Familiarity with MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, infrastructure as code, and AI observability tools.

JavaScript/TypeScript, modern web application development, API gateways, and workflow automation.

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, GxP, or validated-system environments.

Experience developing reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, engineering standards, and technical documentation.
