Role Description The Senior PHP Developer (Laravel) will design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs using PHP and the Laravel framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable, and efficient code, reviewing and refactoring existing code, and collaborating with front-end developers, product owners, and QA to deliver high-quality features. The role involves participating in technical design discussions, optimizing application performance and security, and troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in production and staging environments. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices.
• Experience with Front-End Development sufficient to collaborate on integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) is beneficial.
• Solid Programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, database design (MySQL or similar), and query optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Background in testing and debugging, including unit testing and integration testing.
• Ability to mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to technical standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams in Jaipur.
• Fluent English .
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
