Position: Requirements Engineering & Mgmt: Trace & AI (TT48SF RM 4577)

Java Spring Boot + ReactJS Full-Stack Developer

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop backend APIs using Java/Spring Boot.
  • Build web interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Implement requirement management and traceability features.
  • Integrate with requirements/ALM platforms through APIs.
  • Develop database operations, validation and business logic.
  • Integrate AI-assisted requirements analysis features.
  • Perform testing, debugging and defect resolution.

Mandatory Technical Skills

  • Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
  • ReactJS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • SQL databases.
  • API authentication and integration.
  • Git and full-stack development experience.

Good to Have : IBM DNG, IBM ELM, OSLC, requirements traceability, AI/LLM API integration.

Candidate Fitment

Must demonstrate: Hands-on Spring Boot backend and React frontend development, including API integration and database interaction.

Reject: Frontend-only or backend-only profiles unless Harman approves a split of responsibilities.
